We selected our plot and started to plant the cover crops. We discovered that we had 3 beds instead of 2, so we planted the two outer beds with buckwheat and the inner bed with half sunhemp and half cowpea. In this photo, Carter and Noah began to till the soil in one of our buckwheat beds!
