After a bit of trial and error, our cucumbers are finally growing! A few weeks ago, we needed to replace all of the cucumber transplants because they were wilting and not growing as they should. We have multiple plants already flowering and climbing up the trellises that we've built. Cucumbers tend to grow very quickly so we are excited to harvest from these plants before the end of the semester. Our trellises are built from bamboo which is part of our sustainability goal to not use any plastic trellising materials!
