Thursday, November 25th, 2021 - Happy Thanksgiving from your friends at Organic Chaos! On Monday, November 22nd, we conducted our biggest harvest yet so that we could bring home our veggies for Thanksgiving! We harvested full heads of our Buttercrunch lettuce (left side) and our New Red Fire lettuce (right side). We were also able to harvest a few more cucumbers. We are looking forward to continuing to harvest lettuce, cucumbers, and radish when we return from the holiday break.
